What is FUNCTIONAL SAFETY
Functional safety plays an important role in Railway Systems, especially in Interlocking and Train Protection systems. The functions that govern the Railways are of complex nature. The safety cycle that followed ensures the safety in train operation and protection. The need of the day is, Railway professionals understand the concepts and application of functional safety and its life cycle process. It is also necessary to understand the requirements and application of various standards like EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129.

Assessment & Certification
Railway Academy shall issue a certificate to eligible trainees upon successful completion of training. All trainees need to secure minimum 60% marks in assessment to get the certificate. This certificate will serve as a knowledge validation for the knowledge acquired by you in this training
